Killer question. I’ve pondered this for quite a bit myself. In short, yes.
Now, I’ve never been a fan of backpacks in the office. I’ve always thought them to look a bit out of place in that setting. A few people in my office bring them in, and it just looks odd/unprofessional. With that being said, I’ll also say that the Echo is slightly different from normal backpacks in that it is sleek and minimal. It doesn’t have “JANSPORRRRRRRRRRT!” or any other name on it. It’s not red, blue, and yellow, with clangy zippers. And for that reason, I feel it can be used with certain outfits and look pretty damn badass doing so. Not all outfits, of course. But some. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on my Echo in the office.
Now that I’ve finally picked up a briefcase, I’ll be carrying that mostly. But on occasion, I’ll bring the trusty Echo back.
